We hope you LOVE your purchase, however we understand that shopping online for something you typically smell and buy in stores can be tricky. In the event you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us directly at info@fiddleandflame.com and let us know what is going on. It is our commitment to work with you so that you are happy wth every purchase you make from FIDDLE & FLAME CANDLE CO.

DAMAGES

We take extreme care in packaging each order but sometimes things happen in transit that are outside of our control. If you receive an order that has been damaged, please contact us at info@fiddleandflame.com with a picture of the box and the damaged item and we will work with you to get the item replaced. Please make sure to submit this information within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
